Returns & Refunds Policy

At Amino Asylum, we are dedicated to providing high-quality research compounds and a transparent customer experience. Please review the following policy to understand our guidelines regarding order cancellations, damaged items, and returns.
1. Final Sale
All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of our research compounds, we cannot accept returns for reasons of preference, change of research direction, or accidental orders. We strongly encourage you to review your cart and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged Items Upon Delivery
Your satisfaction and the integrity of our products are our priorities. If your order arrives with visible damage from transit, we will gladly send a replacement.
To initiate a claim, please contact our support team at sales@aminoasylumllc.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide the following:

Your order number.

Clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging.
Once we receive and verify this information, we will process a replacement shipment for the damaged item(s) at no extra cost to you.
3. Order Cancellations
We can only accommodate cancellation requests for orders that have not yet been prepared for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Once an order has been packaged, labeled, and handed over to our shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. We process and ship orders rapidly to ensure timely delivery, which limits our ability to intercept them.
4. Return for Store Credit
On a case-by-case basis, and at our sole discretion, we may approve a return for unopened and unused products in their original, sealed condition.

Process: You must first contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.

Cost: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Type: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to your Amino Asylum account. This credit can be applied to future purchases. We do not provide cash refunds or credits back to the original payment method.
